Vietnamese lychees are a delicious fruit which will add flavor to fruit salads. Lychees are eaten fresh or dried, but canned lychees have become very popular. Lychees are the good source of riboflavin, potassium and copper.

From fresh lychees in the harvest season, through processing, lychees canned is a safe, hygienic, delicious and nutritious food.

The magical benefit of the lychees is obtained by its rich nutritional value. The lychees is rich in vitamin C, containing about 72mg of Vitamin C per 100mg of fabric. The texture is rich in copper, phosphorus, and low in sodium. It also provides B vitamins and is an excellent source of fiber. The polyphenol type called Oligonol has antioxidant and antiviral properties.
